Yea i did give hourly posts i remmeber that. I have not had any depression problems yet, I started an AD over 2 weeks ago. Im sure it is helping. I feel ok, im real tired, maybe I will lie down for a while

When I stopped taking Sub it took about 2 1/2 days till wd started but it wasnt too bad.not as bad as stopping you doc. You have already tapered down and off the sub, I am sure you were taking much more of your doc then sub. It will feel like you have a mild case of something. The weekend is coming so just relax. you will do great.............All my Love..Shel

Im actuaslly doing ok guys. Very tired very, but its ok. No headache or anything. My arms hurt and teeth too weird. Its already been 30 hours time is moving.

Wow its raining hard out here now!

I just ate dinner. A lot of foood, I was hungry as hell. I am feeling good right now. I hope it lasts. This really isnt that bad yet. Im like over 30 hours into it. Im sure its gopnna get worse but then it will be over. Im doing ok my friends

Yea im feeling ok. I really am/ I did a lot of exercise today and napping. I did have the runs, i took imodium ad. I know im not over yet but when i eake up it will be 48 hours already and then the weeekdn comes and then, .the wd is over!

So im very thankful ive been blessed to get this chance of sobriety. So basically i havent used in a month.

Reddog, Hang in there you're doing great. I have yet to come off of sub, so I don't know how you are going to feel. But I do know that you have already been thru the worst of it. So you are not facing anything you can't handle. Please keep posting. I will be facing this in a couple of months and anything you can post will be of great help to me. Take care, Atlas

Im a bit tired, my stomach gurgles a lot, I just took more clonoidine and imodium ad. Im gonna watch tv and go to bed by midinght. Tomorrow morning is 48 hours already and then before I know it the weekend

So this is good to get off it. Im very very happy folks
