thanks guys. Zac you are funny - my cat!! well today he went for a walk down the hallway clamped around my ankle he seemed to think that was amusing.

About cats: Our cat learned how to open the screen to the sliding glass door and now lets herself out on the balcony whenever she pleases...I call her our "dog-cat"...I swear she acts like a dog sometimes...lol!

this'll be 19 days for me if I make it through - that is an astonishingly long time for me. It really scares me actually.
In my head I keep planning my relapse, but then I tell myself not today, not today.
I am working on doing all the right things but my sobriety feels so fragile lately.
I am plaesed that I got through the last 2 days when I was feeling so sh*tty and in a bad mood, and stuff going wrong at work and managed not to drink. Normally that would be an excuse for me to drink.
Today is better and I am meeting with my sponsor tonight.
