Tonight my fiance, daughter and I are going out for dinner with my father, his wife and my step sisters.
They are the perfect family and I am the black sheep. We haven't seen each other for about 4yrs and needless to say I'm sick with nerves at being around them. I don't know what posessed me to agree to this.
I just wanted to vent as I'm just in such a muddle.

Yep, I sure understand alright. I had Thanksgiving dinner with my family this year without the aid of handfulls of pills. I kept waiting for them to notice something about me. If anyone did they sure kept it to themselves.

This Thanksgiving was the first holiday that I haave been clean for 6 years, and my grandmother who does not know about my addiction told my mom, "I don't know what it is about Felicia but she sure does seem happy and full of light" ahe even said that I looked more beautiful than ever.
