I get the same dose every day. Most clinics have amachine. They put your dose in the computer and it automatically pumps your exact dose out. My clinic does it by hand but you can watch them slide the bar down to your milligram. Now if they're detoxing you, you may go down every other day or something. Does that answer your question?

Are you being detoxed? Decreased dosing(as T247 pointed out) usually comes from being detoxed by force or by choice.

What kind of WD's....there is a mental battle(as well as the physical) that goes with addiction as well. What is your current dose and how long have you been at that dose?

Just curious...what made you jump from 55mgs to 100mgs? Usually(and from my past experience) 55mgs is whats known as a comfortable dose......are or were you using any other drugs on top of the Mdone?

NO DRUGS WAS TAKEING LEXEPRO AT THE TIME FOR DEPPRESSION CONSERLER SAID MIGHT BE MED SO I STOP TAKEING SINCE SWITCHED TO NEW MED IS SUPPOSE TO MAKE DOSE STRONGER BUT HAVE NIGHT SWEATS ;CRAMPS CHILLS;SNEZZING;HAPPING ABOUT ONCE 3 WEEKS BEEN TO DOC TESTS RUN NO PROBLEMS LOW TEST LEVELS TAKEING REPLACEMENT HARMONES

What happened in between that 4yrs you were at 55mgs and that moment you went to 100mgs....was it pain managment? Something had to make you request an increase....what is/was the need to "make it stronger" if you were managing at 55mgs for 4yrs?
