No, it has a citrus orange flavor. Your not supposed to swallow it anyway. Let it dissolve under your tongue and spit the rest out when its done dissolving.

RUT ROE! What do you mean were supposed to spit the rest out after it's dissolved?? I just let it dissolve and after a while theres nothing left or I take a drink of something to get rid of the taste, that is after the pill has dissolved and is gone. I do get a residue on my lips sometimes but thats about it.

Your supposed to spit because the naloxene doesnt dissolve under your tongue so you would essentially be spitting out the naloxene. Its no big deal if you swallowed it, it doesnt do any harm although some people have reported headaches from the naloxone.
I wouldnt worry about it.

I think it tastes really bad but you get used to it, yeah make sure you let it disolve under your tounge cos aparently if you dont take it that way you dont get the proper effect
