Please know that once you do this...you're done..ithelpedme to keep a journal to vent and also to noote my "baby steps" of progress..you don't want this depressing weight around your neck for the rest of your life..once you are done,,you can have a life.While you are using, you are not really experiencing life..you just think you are.Sweetie..I have been through HORRIBLE withdrawals a few times..I truly feel for you..you will be ok...promise...Love, Sharonn

Sharonn...Glad to here your doin good...I've been in several bands over
the years..Lately I just get together with other musicians and go out
and jam..When I recover from this crap I want to put a band together...I need
a good vocalist...hint..hint
