My dear cousin came to me in a dream last night. Spiritual realm.

He died by suicide in May 2003. This tragedy set circumstances in motion that led to my relapse.

I have taught myself to awaken when I am dreaming something of importance. it usually happens around 3 am. I've been told that this is the the usual time that our loved ones who have passed over will try to contact us in our dreams. Something about grids....and traffic in the early early hours ;-)

So I awoke and now I know he is ok, he is at peace and he has given me a message to pass on to his mom. My aunt.

This is what keeps me sober. The joy and excitement of it all.....

good day to you. i really never have any dreams that i can remember about baby t. was wondering if me being a day sleeper had a connection there. when those little signs, the pennies and such, came it was always in the early morning hours while i was at work. have not had any signs from her in a while. god i miss her so much. hope you had a good day.

If there are other loved ones who have passed over you must know they are with baby t and they are all surrounding you in spirit, there is no shame in asking for guidance. Every thought, every tear shed is because of the responsibility you feel towards your brother and then carried on through his children. I recommend you ask them, friends, family, to visit you in your dreams, sleep with her picture under your pillow, tell yourself when your head hits the pillow that you will dream and you will remember your dreams. It has eased much sorrow for me. I pray you and your brother receive comfort and peace soon from whatever realm your heart and soul seek. I only want healing for you and your family, Cajun Lady. Trust in it. Trust in yourself and your writing as well.

i see lots of symbols on the board and dont know what most of them mean. ww asked why the sad face. then i looked back and i saw it. AEA hope your doing ok. you know you can talk to us. suspect i might know what bothering you. i feel you. time will ease your pain.
