My son went to the methadone clinic about 1 1/2 yrs. Then he got in trouble & went in front of the judge & he ORDERED my son to stop using methadone ... cold turkey!! this is not right is it ? (he was on 70mgs)
His father sent me an e-mail about what all he's done & then he said "I won't be part of his life". This really hurt my son. He hasn't acted right since..
I need help trying to understand this problem. I'm at my wits ends

i'm so sorry to hear of the pain you and your son are experiencing. from what i understand a methadone detox c/t can be rough.
