Zekk was here a couple of months back and ZG shows her little face now and then. Kev defected to facebook, but he pops in once in a while...eckie's there too, but not as often. Eck had a tough time over the holidays as it was Christmas Eve 2008 that his ill brother passed after taking a fall =(

Hey Bryn the prodigal Son here....I'm good, all is going well with the college n that. Cheers for asking. Got refused from university due to my convictions, but i was expecting that. Will apply again next year. Sill clean and serene, thankfully, well defo clean, but i'm lying with the serene bit. The more i am clean the more i realise how off my nut i really am..... not to worry, all good.
So what has been happening your neck of the wood? How's life been treating you? All good i hope!
It's good to be posting on here, been getting a wee bit addcited to a certain social networking site.....tut tut. Need to keep doing it more as got this site to thank for helping me get clean, but typical me, selfish to the core....I am working on it though ;)

I am still around...wow, gee look at the date next to my name 2005?. Speaking of facebook i was not a fan untill recently " I still like MYSPACE better." On facebook I found my 12 year old daughters grandparents "from her dads side". I also found my daughters sister and her aunt!. Her father and I were together for 8 years. He and I broke up when our daughter was 5. After the split he choose to have no contact we still can't find him. Because i could not contact him it caused our daughter to lose ALL of his family. On facebook i found many of them for her. His mother said she has no ideal where he is. He "my daughters dad" is a loner never had strong family connections." So i've yet to find her Dad but, i'm so excited she can now talk to her grandparents, sister, and her only aunt!. It's a huge healing thing for my daughter. Her dad is also a addict. He and i got addicted together. I have a court order for support i've had court dates he has never showed up for. I have had a Private agency looking for him for the last 8 months. So that's my big news it was like winning a lottery to find them for her. We are going this sunday just my daughter and i on a 3 hour drive "each way" to go see her grandparents. They last saw her when she was 5.

Well, well, look who's here! So nice to see you Kev...and so great to hear you are not giving up on university. We need your experience, strength, and hope here...sometimes only a former user does the trick for someone still in the struggle.
ZG...that is just awesome for you AND your daughter and for her lost family...and *that* is why FB/MySpace can be a good thing in moderation, just like everything else. May 14th is my daughter's due date...a little grandson on the way...Declan Thomas it's to be =) And that date certainly will be a big one for you.

Nice of u to ask about me,it,s took me a while but i,m kinda getting on wi my life now since splitting wi my partner,nearly broke me so it did but i,m all the srtonger for it.As mom says went through a really tough time and everything was getting worse,n,worse but as a say i,m stronger for it,still,always will miss my bro but stay next door to my other bro above his pub which i love as he has been there through thick and thin,he,s also my boss as i drive the coaches amongst other things for him.We have a great relationship which i cherish..
I,M Now over my x,we still talk as she just lives down the road from me with my kids..Its a bit sad that wi the feelings i had for and how i feel now,well!enuff said.I,ll be there if i,m needed.
I do still pop in here now and again but dont really know what to say anymore,i just wish everyone well and if anyone is lookin for me here i will notice at some point...CHEERIO fr now my lovely....Eck.x
