take hot baths or showers, stay active take a walk or exercise, and most importantly pray,pray,pray.. You can do this!

Epson salt contains magnesium sulfate. This mineral is used to reduce swelling of muscles due to its ionic content. Don't drink it though. It is also a laxative.
