update......today's the first day ive felt good about the future,found myself with sum energy today..did the house work for my mam,took me 2 hours...did my weights and even sat in the back garden sunbathing..we've just bought a caravan for 40.0000 its being put in place today and it will be ready for saturday,im loking forward to getting myself fit as theres a swimming pool on the site and i can go running on the beach every day..lifes looking up and itll be good to get away for ex addicts in the area.

Glad your alright dude, I'm sure it's been a rough week, but one you will never forget!! Now everytime you get that urge just remind yourself of that heel and how bad it was, and ask yourself if it is really worth living through again.
