Hey TC how about changing the i fight to i am grateful and i wish to i pray. Because if you keep telling yourself it is a struggle then thats all it will be and by physically being gratefull and also praying, then that brings some action which is positive into your recovery. Have you got any outside supports such as friends or AA or counsellor etc use all that is available to you. Don't try and fight addiction alone and with addictive thinking occupying your head, keep posting and sussing out some support networks.
