Hurricanes are scary, there's no doubt about it...i'll never forget being in a Cat 2 when I lived in a house on piers...the sensation of your house swaying has nothing to compare to it...
Lucky you have a generator, I'm on total electric in the trailer, but when we built, I wanted gas to cook, and gas hot water...and a fireplace...got them all, except for the fact that we don't have a propane tank installed yet...but it will be soon.
We plan on cooking and eating Thanksgiving dinner in the house...hopefully I'll be able to do a ceiling to floor cleanup by then and maybe have some of our stuff moved into the house...
The center is just to the North of west palm beach. It still has wind gusts of 105MPH..It is moving NE at 25 MPH.. It is about ready to move into the Atlantic..Thinking of you 12 stepper. Stay in a safe place in your house... It will be gone soon. Wilma is moving fast now..Rae

WOW amazing slept until around 7-am and then boom it just came.
Apartment was shaking for 2 hours. Not sure how long this computer will work. Its a backup laptop adell but old.
Anyway thestorm left here about 45 minutes ago and then it came back.
Spoke to hospital 99% my surgery is off-- That wouldreally suck.
With this cold front coming it would be perfect time to just get it over with and lay in bed.
Spoke to eX the house was shuttered but the tiles on roof are all over the place.
My parents are safe and my grandma who lives alone in Lnatana is cool as well.
This was one heavy duty storm.

Happy to hear you and the kids are safe..I bet it was scary there.. It is really windy here today but feels good..Sorry to hear about your surgery, that really sucks. Right when you were looking forward to having it done and over with.. I know what you mean about the cold front, I was freezing earlier this morning. Hopefully it will heat back up soon. The hurricanr through its last Fart at us here in Boca. Now its wait for electricity. I am right around the corner from a fire dept. so ours comes on pretty fast. Hopefully soon.
