Hey guys

I am soo tired tonight. I hope i can sleep. I really feel exhausted, maybe the walk helped. I would up walking 4 miles and I got hungry so i bought a slice of pizza. MMMMM I havent enjoyed food now in weeks lol

Im taking serequal now at night. I havent slept well at all. Im hoping tonight is different. Im going to take my meds at 10pm and just pray for sleep

Its scary. I wish it was Friday night. I woulnt have to worry about work

good luck..i hope you get some sleep. no sleep is brutal, and makes it too hard to make good choices. i will include you in my nightly prayer... for quality sleep.
