I went out and bought a shirt last week, so that was my BD gift...until I get back into a full time paying job, little splurges are a thing of the past. I did get my license renewed yesterday...my face has either gotten real fat, or they used a fun-house mirror to take it...lol

I am hoping to hear on a job that I sent a resume to....that would be a great BD gift.

Well in the last ten minutes I have managed to ram my knee into the computer desk, and then trip over a freakin lego. Its omen of things to come today...LOL

PS: I am torn today. I can't decide on whether or not to clean my house or go shopping. The answer is obvious, but I have to keep the facid up about how hard I work at home when I am off work.....LOL

Michelle,whats the dillema?LOL...you do a quick 30 minute pick up,then spend the day shopping,nobdy will know the differnce,i can get ALOT doen in 30 minutes if i hussle hussle hussle,then tell hubby,wow,i worked my a** off today getting this place clean,lol...enjoy the shopping!~KIM

LOL Kim....your right, but heres the kicker. The LAUNDRY. The 30 minute dash, is great when the laundry is done, but how can I say I spent the whole day cleaning, and still have mounds of laundry. I can' break the washer, that would be to obvious. I could go around and unplug all the clocks, make them to the flashing thing, then say the power was out.......

Michelle,you kill me,lol.I have never done this mind you,but,if its really worth it to you,they do wash and dry your laundry FOR YOU now at the laundrey mats for a fee.Not sure how much they charge,but hey,if youve got the money,and REALLY want to go shopping(which you deserve!!!!) bag up that dirty laundry,drop it off,pick it up on your way home Wallah!! You'll have your husband rubbing your back and feet tonight to help you relax after all that hard work(walking aorund the mall!)~KIM

I actually thought about the mat....LOL I just don't feel like dragging all that stuff out of the house, and back in....of course dragging tons of shopping bags is not a chore....LOL

I guess, if I get up of my rear and go do something, I could be done by noon, and then shop to 4, be back before kids and hubby.

thanks Boo....I'm thinking I may "treat" myself to a visit to the dr. I woke up last night hacking my head off, been taking OTC meds, but the dang weather changed again, so it feels like I'm back to square one with this cold...I'm sure he'll tell me I have walking pneumonia again....I've been putting off a visit to save some money, but I guess it wouldn't be worth it, if I end up in the hospital.

I've been hacking since I got up....I know I need to quit smoking, I don't smoke more than a half a cig at a time, just haven't made up my mind to stop. I have cut down significantly, I go back out and smoke the other half a cig, rather than lighting up a new one. I truly thought that I would be much healthier when I got clean, but it hasn't been the case. Last year I made it through without any pneumonia cases, this year, well, this will be number 2. Give me a good shot in the butt and I'll feel better....lol

LMAO....Ok I have no problem whatsoever with a complete stranger washing my undies, as long as they are not doing lewd things with them, then more power to them....LOL

DeNae...I watched Silence of the Lambs, not once, but TWICE yesterday...LOL Everytime the scene came on where the sicko was dancing in front of mirror I cracked up laughing.....Matt was like WTF is wrong with you...LOL
