Hi all its a freezen rain morning here in NY.The school has a 2hr delay but I am just use to getting up early.It gives me sometime on here & sort of check in to see how everyone is.I'm alittle nervous today.My MD put me onto the 8mg tabs of sub & my goodness they are big!!!!I just don't like the taste.Yuck.Anyways I'll be starting the full 8mg today instead of 6mg am 2 at 3pm.I should be fine I just need yto eat alittle something first,So how is everyone today??????mj

To all tina I'm so sorry to hear about the kids.My little one feels better & is complaining about the 2hr delay.Wen,I hope you make out OK with the Dr.My only fear I said to the BF last night is that sometime down the road they will find out that the suboxone is real bad for us.Right now I'm just so thankful to be on it & pulling my head out of my butt....By the way Fla has had some nice weather these past couple mths I think alittle BLAHHHHH is ok.Alot of BLAHHH makes ya BLAHHHHHH...mj

Molly, I have back pain and I was wonderiing does the sub take away some of the withdrawl pain , and if so maybe motrin will take care of some of my back pain, what do you think?

Its like 65 degrees here and very foggy. I love snow. It never snow here in Louisiana. My son was up from 3 to 5 this morning. He has eczema and when he starts itching nothing relieves him except Atarax. Its a fancy prescription Benadryl. He is conked out and it 6:45 this morning. I guess I can drink my coffee in peace. Anyway, good Morning and have a good day.

Wens from day 1 I have not had ANY pain.Yes some cramping due to the Chrons I have but all those"Oh My Gosh"I'm dyin feelings in my legs etc hasn't happened.I do get headaches but my Md said for me just to take tylonyl(sp)....I guess this stuff has something in it.I want to say an opiate but I may be wrong.Anyways I've not gotten a high feeling just feel good with no pain.Hope that answers you>>>>>>mj
I should be in bed, but I swear, I slept half the week away!! Come to my house..it was one of the prettiest days I have ever seen. I went to the beach, and after all these years, it can still blow me away how pretty it is..

Kerry I am feeling good even proud of the person I am.I was so worried not being high would make me a different person I wouldn't like.But I can say I like this sober person I am becomming.I don't see much of a change in me.I mean I'm still mj but I feel more in control of my thoughts & life.My body doesn't hurt which is great.I tell ya on a day like today in NY a nice quiet island sounds like heaven.I've asked before but you seem so sad today can I be of any help to you?????mj

For all with bad weather....we have it in GA right now, too. Overcast, foggy, yuck. Ofcourse, they say it will burn off and be 70 later, so I'llnot complain. My son wore shorts to school today. Unheard of in Jan. even in GA. But winter is coming back by Sat. I hear.

Goodmorning everyone, glad to see everyone is up and moving around so early. It's supposed to be 70 today in WV, my daughter ask if she could where shorts!! She is nuts, she can't wait till summer, so we can open our pool. MJ, you sound so proud of yourself, i am really proud of you, too!!! You have really inspired me to keep going and not give up, even when people does put me down! You too, mistyeyes, MJ if you get time e-mail me a picture, i would love to see a frog on crack!!!!!!

Weather forecast from CT is snow/ice mix. Schools opening late, so I got into work earlier than normal (I usually drive my 14 yr old daughter to the bus stop @ 6:50 and wait with her on crummy days).
So I'm sipping a coffee and soon I'll dive back into work. Anyway, I go to the treatment center today for a 90 minute IOP intake, then........I don't know.
Compared to where I was last Wednesday, one day at a time, life is pretty darn good. Now if God can begin to bring peace to my wife - she is a good person who doesn't deserve the pain I've caused her.
