Gabbi.....sorry you nad a blue day. Progress is working through it without the thought of scoring. : ) I had one of those the other day, and was pleased to have made it through with no help. Everyone has those days, but us addicts aren't used to handling them without help. LOL
Too true Carol, the scarey thing is dealing without chemicals, but we CAN do it, its hard but not impossible, i learn new copeing stratigies every day, and i feel sub is giving me the time i need to adjust xxx

thats so awesome, i know its tough being a soldier but everytime that happens it only gets easier i am soooooooooo way proud of you!! yep living life on lifes terms is definaltely challenging but i am learning good or bad i love a good challange and once you get past that hump of the blues you look back and see it wasnt so bad after all and makes next time easier. at least thats how it works for me.

Me too Terri, when i'm really sad, i try and take my mind back to when i felt happy and i'll think to myself, so what has changed since then, and as nothing has, i know its alllll in my head, and i eventually break outta it xxx

yesterday was just boring cause she was nice to me lol but things are progressing really well i am actually quite pleased. but she had a miror on the wall across from me and i noticed myself in the mirror with a b**** look on my face waiting for her to start in on me lol i thought to myself wow i look scary. i make alot of faces subconciously. so i think i was just waiting on the defense and she killed me with kindness. then after that i took paige shopping and it turned out to be a nice mom and daughter day. thanks for asking sorry it wasnt more exciting this time : )

I read about the work-out.,,,,,way to go, Boo. God, I need to do that! I bought the Pilates dvd and have not even opened it 2 weeks later. I have joined the gym so many times and went a few times, and then quit going, and still had to pay my year's dues.
right now i am just trying to make myself walk to the mailbox everyday...which is 1/2 mile. gotta start somewhere. LOL
