Hey I remember you saying you were on Sub. Do you mind telling me what your taper plan was? How long were you on it? Just curious trying to get some ideas for coming off of it. thanks

I Have no plans today except eat the breakfast my husband fixed and then lay around the rest of the day was going to work but changed my mind it can wait till next week..LOL
good deal paula...i would like to lay around, but that's been my entire life lately, waiting to get a referral to a rheumatologist for chronic fatigue syndrome...then maybe i can start to live again.

Bump I have heard of that is there anything they can give you to help with being so tired all the time?
Paula, I truly hope so, I think that because of this cold front thats come in I am having problems with all of my joints. The doctor I am going to specializes in Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome...
It will be wonderful to claim my life back. I have already told my doctor that I don't want to live on pain pills, but the past few days I've been weakening on that point. At least if I have to take them, I don't want anything addictive.

I was on sub for about 10 weeks total, I started at 8mg amd tapered about every week . I went from 8mg to 6mg to 4mg. Then at 4 I tapered to 3mg and so on til 1mg, then I went to 1/2 to even 1/4, I had no problem getting off sub, other than fatigue.

Bump, I dont know much about either one of those but I do know someone that has the Fibro. and she hurts alot, I dont think she takes anything for it though. I know it is really hard on her though. I hope the dr. can do something for you it must be hard to feel bad all the time.

Thanks Redd I am trying that, but those 8mg pills just dont break down that small. Did you use a pill cutter?

I am in Jersey, Sportsmans paradise with too many sportsman..lol. Love to give a gator a shot, on second thought , I am too accident prone, I'll prolly get bit.

i've only eaten gator once, when i lived in south louisiana. but our favorite pastime is crawfish boils...ya know, the little critters y'all use for fishbait?
we have a big metal picnic table and just spread the mudbugs, corn, potatoes and mushrooms out on the table, and everyone just has at...we all have 5 gallon buckets to throw the shells in...gotta love it

I live in Florida and I have never eaten gator, would though if I had the change. Frog legs arent bad.

hmmm, wanna say like chicken, but that wouldn't be right...it's not gamey tasting like venison or duck, has the texture of tuna steak, but firmer...ahhh, guess it tastes like gator tail...lol...hard to express and it's been since 84 when i had it....gotta ask a drug addict what something tasted like 21 years ago...hahahaha...
