Hey there,its abby, i used to post on here everyday,till about a 1 ago, then went cold turkey off of of everything, stayed clean about a year, but sorry to say i have hit rock bottom again!! Same old junk, i just don't know what happened, i loved being clean i got to make up lost time with my daughter,I'amsorry to throw all of this at you but i just need to talk mollyjean was always on here bright and early,WHERE IS SHE,I NEED HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Goos morning everyone...welcome back Abby!
Well maybe i can catch her later, she always knows what to say when
your feeeling down, boy do i feel it, i just cant believe after all i went through
to get clean, i'am back in stage 1 again! Wish i could wake up and it would be laike it was, not needed a pill before my feet hit the floor! My stash is running
low, i'am scared of what comes next, i know i need to go cold turkey again,but this time its just not in me!! What's wrong with me, i guess i hold everything
inside, but i do a good job because i've been on pills for about 3 to 4 yrs and
nobody knows except my husband, which he has been a big supporter but, he has his times when i mess up the checking account or max out the credit cards because of my habit, I'am making him and my daughter suffer all because of me. Last time i had the will power to go cold turkey but this time i can't, I NEED HELP AND MOTOVATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good morning everyone.
mj is usually on every morning and if she isnt it because she does volunteer work at petsmart taking care of her kitties. she may come on later today.
25 degrees in illinois, sun is shining on the pretty glistening snow.
today is a pretty easy day as far as the calendar goes, somedays its jam packed with appt's etc. but not today (yeah!) jist have an NA meeting tonight and a 2:15 chiro appt. he is doing ultrasound on my heel spur. ouch! my heel is in so much pain! i am not even thinking pain pills. no way!
i also started massage therapy too! chiro has a real good massage therapist.this is in an effort to control anxiety intead of benzo's. julie
