and it only gets better the longer youre clean.Its 8 + months for me.I am feeling better all the time.Im on 2 mg of sub right now,on the 9th of May...i will drop to 1 mg.Im so looking forward to it!
I hope youre all having a great weekend.Im ready to bring my beautiful grandkids home.The snow has started,and here in the Adirondacks,we're predicted anywhere from 6-15 ft of snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable.Then un Saturday,its going to be in the 60's.Nothing like the old north east,lol.

back with a clear head, I wonder how the hell did I allow myself to go
down that self-destructive path of pill addiction. And the only thing I can
