Trying to find some conversion charts with cooking for egg substitues for the baby. I want to make her pizzelles and boy do they have a lot of eggs in them. so I need to know how much of what is one egg so I can get this to work. An egg is water, baking powder and oil, mixed together with baking but I have tons of recipies and none show what is for how many eggs if used in normal baking.
I feel like a chemist, lol

Cooking is interesting here...so is this new bout of allergic reactions to things she has been eating since birth. She keeps me on my toes!
Found what I need, eggs are easy to get around most days but I can't use applesause or a banana with this recipie. It will mess the taste up. The conversion I have is for 1-3 eggs, ( I need 3 ) found a hint to use some soy milk if more wetness or binding is need. Works for me! Hope it works in the cookies, lol.....

Funny thing is I saw Goos Thursday and it never occurred to me it is actually Friday until other pointed it out.....LOL

I'm here for a bit, trying to wake up so I can get things done, school, cat to the vet, house work and I'm still feeling like crap, sore throat, swallen glands, headache and still running a low grade fever.
Funny, I just had a talk with my son about if he would wash his hands more often, he wouldn't be getting sick all the time, I never get sick. Now look what happened? lol..

She had heart surgery yesterday to repair a hole in her heart.

Everyone had been sick around here as well...........Its like an epidemic.
Sore throat, coughing, fever all of it..............I ended up with a cold that hung on for 2 weeks, just now getting rid of it........
Try some Zicam.........that will at least make it ease up a little sooner, Sorry your feeling rotten :(

Javagirl, yeah, everybody I know is getting this, it's awful, I will try picking up some stuff today while I'm out with my cat.
My cat was getting on a refrigerator we brought in, it wasn't in place yet and it was next to a counter. He was used to getting up there and jumping on the counter to get down. I moved it to it's spot after getting rid of the old one and I think he tried to make it to the counter and misjudged it catching his back leg. I'm hoping he didn't do much damage.
