I had my second good day in a row. I was told that you start to string together a few good days, then a bad day. Then a few more good ones. I will take what I can get,.
The ex, who broke my heart and led me to relapse, emaiiled me again today. Why are you emailing me... leave me ALONE. Oh i was soo livid. I dont need that in my recovery. Well im off to school soon and then playing some cards with friends

Glad you had a good day. Just a suggestion, next time you see an email from her, just hit delete, don't even read it. Good to see your doing well. Everyday is a good day, even when things around us seem screwed up, we're still ok.

thanks Bob. It is very important to me in my recovery that I never talk to her again. Its toxic to my health. It really is. Im feeling good though. Every day is a clean day which is amazing

Thanks Ali. You are very kind. 15 days, is that really good. Man do i feel better though, 2 good days in a row.
Now the morning is hard to get up and get to work. I was told to just fight it. I go to work have 1 cup of coffee and some water. I feel pretty good then. Every day i am getting stronger though.
