I am not a pill taker but I love someone who was affected by someone else taking pills.

I talking about my 9 year old cousin. My cousin was adopted by my Aunt and Uncle. Then recently my Aunt past away on a pill overdose. She was taking pain killers because she was dealing with the stress of my Uncle having Aids.
Just 3 months after my Aunt past away my Uncle past away from his Aids.

So now my 9 YEAR OLD cousin doesn't know his real parents and the parents he did have are no longer here. Now my other Aunt is taking care of him.

So PLEASE, the people taking pills, THINK about what your doing to yourself and the people around you.

You're so right. My boys are adopted, from my ex's sister, a meth addict. I became addicited to drugs from back surgery. Now I've stopped for them. They deserve better. I took those boys to get them away from drugss, but the ex's whole family uses, even with their kids. I've been honest with mine and they seem to want to stay away. I keep fighting for them. But know the battle is a long hard one. Not quite so easy as to say yea or nay. Be glad you're where you are, not where we are.

while I agree with you 100% I feel I must add something.... it isnt just pills takers that need to heed this warning of sorts.... it is all of us that take any mind or mood altering drugs... alcohol, pot ect.... these drugs make us distant and a minimum from our loved ones and can create a cycle of abuse in them... there is no such thing as 'only hurting ourselves'.... and the ultimate is the overdose...

so it isnt just pill poppers that need this warning... it is all addicts....
