Im goin to rehab in3 days leaving my man( non herion user )
And ma four year old am so scared any help with it xxx
Good luck at rehab. They will help you ease the withdraw pain and give you tools to try to help you in recovery. Rehab saved my will to live i did the rest. Let us know how things are going when you can. Take it easy and dont worry everything is gonna get sooo much better!

If you are really,really serious about cleaning up then dont be scared. You are making a good choice. The one and only word of advice I can give you is....stop listening to yourself and listen to what the staff and counselors at the rehab tell you. Do what they tell you,pretty much without question and most of all LISTEN.
Our addict behavior is what ruled our lives and got us in trouble. Let someone who knows what they are talking about direct you and listen to what they say and learn from what they can teach you.
It will take time...you didnt become an addict overnight. You wont get clean overnight. Try to put as much into your recovery as you put into your addiction. When you are addicted you did whatever it took to get what you needed to stay well/high. If you put that much into your recovery you will do fine.
