Hi Everyone!
I am not sure where the time goes but it sure does pass by quickly...I guess when there aren't too many dull moments...life goes fast. I am okay. I thought when I went down to one job I would have more time but that hasn't happened. I am moving in 2 weeks and I don't have one box packed...very unlike me as I have moved over a dozen times and I am usually Ms. Organized and Packed.
I have had issues with my son and it is at the point where he might have to live with his father; my college daughter has been home and we have had to deal with some of her issues (nothing horrible but time consuming) and my other daughter has been busy with lacrosse which ended yesterday but summer field hockey starts this weekend!
This move I am making has caused conflict within my family and it has put a damper on my "postiveness"...I am sure it will all pass...but it has added a lot of emotions...I guess even when you think you have dealt with all the past family bull sh**...it comes back....
I have been reading when I can and all of your posts have helped me when I have been down...I try to remember this too shall pass, that my HP is here and guiding me, and One Day at a Time...sometimes a moment at a time...
Expectations seems to be a recurring issue...my own of myself and what others expect of me...I feel I am on track but others do not feel that way...so I have been reflecting/thinking/processing what is really mine and what is not...There have been some valid points but most of them have been hurtful, critical, and well...downright nasty....but I try to remember Live and Let Live...and everyone has their own issues...
So please know you are all in my prayers and my heart...Love Gina

I'm glad you checked in and I read all that's going on around you...Stay close to God...keep him real close and remember, what others think about you doesn't matter as long as you know you are a beautiful, intelligent, wise, caring, compassionate, dedicated, non-judgemental spirit whom I totally adore and most of all, you are a beautiful child of God and no matter what decisions you might make, they're your decisions to make and we do the best possible job we can do in this world and let God handle the results...
Keep walking the walk with your head held high...Pray and ask God to help with those decisions that are upcoming and most of all, try and enjoy the moments that are happening right now....we'll talk soon!

And it seems that I hit a milestone that is measured by "what I am"....I do not believe that...I look back on the past 20 or so years and who I am today is a far cry from who I was...Yes I still have some kinks to work out mainly dealing with career stuff...but I have come a long way...I look forward to this year and all it brings....and to chatting with you Very Soon...Love ya, Gina

Gina & Stacy (and everyone else too)....Just wanted to say hi, I'm pretty busy these days, but am also learning to carve out time for me to practice self-care....life balance has been hard for me in sobriety. Glad to see your posts.
