today is a brand new day i am so proud of you in what you are doing. i need your strength right now as you might have read i am still using again i went so far and the lights just seemed to go out. sorry to let you all down! i still haven't gotten over 3 per day if i can do this and maybe go to 2 a day and then 1 a day maybe it won't be so bad as to go c/t like i did before. sometimes the pain is so intence i can't stand it so i take ibuprofen between to help. i know this is probably a cop out and i probably need to stop altogether. i guess i'll try to taper off this time to see if it is anybetter than before. this methadone really hangs on to ya. it is like waves of hurt, anxiety, emotioinal and physical discomfort at the same time. when you think it is better here it comes again. i was 12 days clean last time maybe after the taper i will do better this time. i have to find the right support group and continue on. thanks for your (all you guys support). keep up the good work and keep praying for me

i have rods up each side of my spine from a broken back in 1983. in the same accident i broke or dislocated almost every bone in both my feet. so to hold my bones together in my left foot i have all kinds of screws and wires the cold and rain is very hurtful well see ya posts later

whats up my man first i want to tell you to stay out of the rain so you don't rust cause i ain't no scarecrow and i got no oil can lol look we all have are setbacks it is what you do after that counts so stick to your plan and don't let this s*** beat you remember we are all in this together one way or another take care of yourself and keep posting it is good to hear from yah
