Its been a real long time huh?Ive been avoiding this place for a long time.I would like to share whats been happeing with me this past year(as hort as i possibly can) since coming out of county jail(for 4 months)i was doing well,So happy with life,new outlook,new promises to myself,new beginnings(i had alot of time to think)
That worked for awhile then life steppeds in,reality,life isnt simple easy and "done" exactly as you plan.Ive had a couple slips,and....am back on sub for a very limited time.
The difference this time,im going to a facility where,not only am i going to a group where we discuss life,addiction,personla things(on momday nights)Tuesday morning i also go to a opiate addiction class for 3 hours every tuesday morning.Now...granted...i know all there is to know about opiate addiction as i told my couselor(lmao)but the RN adn addiction specialist who runs this is amazing(shes also an addict)where do they find such ppl?...answer...everywhere!
Shes wonderful and so very knowledgable that amazingly,im learning alot(though i already knew it all)
so,im on another level of my lifes journey and this thing ive become...an addict.Wish me luck in my education.Love and miss you all,it feels good to be 'home' and open.~KIM
need to update my signature to...gram of jjmjt and m...my little grandbaby girl mackenzie will be 1 yo in novemeber,i cant believe it,shes getting so big and almost walking,shes a pisser that girl,love her to death.I must post pics of my babies real soon.Now i need to read and catch up with all of you my dear friedns<3...please excuse my typos,im too lazy to fix and my eyes are shoing their age,as well as my arthritic fingers,lol.

Hey Kim! Good to see you :) There are a few of us still around, I am glad your back in recovery. Wow, have I been in your shoes. It's nice that there is something you can do about your disease and it can be as simple as showing back up here with good friends and discussing how recovery is possible and reminding ourselves that its worth it. I am here for you as well. I am not as good to check in everyday as Stacey is. . . But I do check in every few days. Keep comming back.
