Hi all... I never realised it was so long since I even looked at this site let alone wrote something!

My life is going really well for me at the moment...I don't get drunk anymore... I hardly drink at all actually and that was the stage I was aiming for. I've been stable in my life for a few months now and even though I've been down the past few days I haven't picked up a drink. That's been another huge step for me... I no longer drink when I'm upset I look for other ways to deal with it.

I haven't heard from Ginge in a while but if you're reading this it's ok to give my email to Zac...

Anyway. I hope everyone's well... a big hug and a hi to everyone...
