My counting has you at Day 4. Are you taking anything for the anxiety/sleeplessness?
Yea my doc called me in some Ativan..I'm trying not to take to much of it..real tempting to sedate yourself into oblivion untill the w/ds are over..
Take what you need up until day 7 and then only at night to help you sleep until day 10, then no more. Ativan is habit forming but very effective in treating wd symptoms. As long as you cut them out by day 10 you will be fine.
Doog, you might wanna use it. If it gets ubearable it takes the edge off. Im not a benzo kinda person, it wont make you high but if you do it as directed it will take the anxiety away. My Dr. only gave me like 15 and it helped me sleep back in the day.
I took GABA, valerium root to help ease the anxity........I am on day 19 now and ONLY the last few nights I have gotten about 5 or so hours of sleep.....so it does come!!!!!! Hang in there,,you'll make it
Doog...it's day 3 for me, so you are day 4..it is geting better...right..I am tired...but that's why they made COFEE!!!! Sweats at night and those damned chills..still happy to look at the beautiful fall foliage and be aable to appreciate it, instead of being a numb, nauseous zombie....why do we do these things to ourselves...Gotta be good to your body..I'm almost 50, and it ain't easy...Take good care..Love,S

yet I have this constant anxiety unless I take the Ativan..I've been taking alot
of hot showers for the chills and talking to my sister for support..I know
just 1 day at a time and soon I will feel better and back to my old self..

Okay..you're right behind me...I'm 49...hope today is better.Pain reared it's ugly head last night, but I had no cravings...just took 2 advil and my elaviland went to bed(Lupus)..the pills made everything worse...my mental state...everything.See how fast time is going by!!! Already day 4 for me...Woooo Hooooo!! Love, Sharonn
