can anyone help. what is the best way to detox from lortabs, i think is has been taking a whole lot. i want him to quit, but i dont want him to have a heart attack either. he is 40 years of age. we have been through this many times. hoping he can stay off this time
Dear Christine I don't know much about lortabs my choice of poison are tramadol but I do see alot of people here go for a slow taper which lessens the W/D alot.Maybe instead of cold turkey he can try a slow taper it would be alot better for his body and i FEEL IF you slow taper you have a better chance of NOT relaping,Hope you have a nice hoiliday....welcome to the board...mj
