Scared feeling suicidall
Breathe. It will be ok...promise...call the hot lines if you can't pull out...coming off methadone sucks but no worse than any kick any of us have done all our using times. It's longer but nothing different. What happened? Did you jump or taper ? The crazy feeling gets better..hang on... talk to us or someone you can call...theres NA and tons of places...I get it...just rode the crazy
