I was sober for 8 years maybe not the best soberity but I didn't drink and had some control in my life. I fell back to the hells of drinking and the prison it brings.PLEASE HELP ME
Have you been active in AA? Do you have a sponser? Do you have any family or friends you can turn to? How long have you been drinking again?

Hi,
We are here for you. Tell us a little bit more about yourself.
If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired....I suggest going to an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting.

Welcome...there is hope and there is a solution. You never have to feel again how you are feeling now.
Hi
I just recently busted again too - I am now starting to build slowly my sober days again, I can count them on my hands right now.
What has saved me so far is being honest with myself and having a support network. Do you have one? If not, you'd better get one and fast.
I'm sure you probably feel devastated right now, but you can overcome this - I know you can. EAch of us has that capability within us. I truly believe that. If I didn't I'd just shrug my shoulders and go back out there drinking instead of keep working at sobriety.

PS the support network I'm making use of right now is: my Higher Power, 2 special people on this board, an "older sober" AA member, some AA literature.
