First let me welcome you to this board i dont post on here much but there are alot of good people on here that will listen to you and try and help you all they can if you are still around now i will have a chat if you like but if not and you read this later dont be afraid to tell your story and ask for advice if needed im sure someone will be able to help i am in the uk and its is 12.25 am i will be on for about another hour if you want to talk just post take care and just remember if you keep trying you will get there in the end sue

you have taken a very important step...

can i ask you when the last time you left rehab was?? was it very recently?? if it was, and you now realize that you need help, can you go back??

it would be so wonderful if you could, especially since you are in this new mindset of wanting help. if you truly have no one.... please try to go back.
