Relapsed last week big style. It was selfish, dangerous, more or less a right f*** up. But this is a new week to look forward, I am the only person who can break this cycle. No more excuses, no more "I can't help it". I have to get away from it before it takes the rest of me. So, here's to a successful week \o/ !!

sooz,dont give yerself 2 much of a hard time,ok u used but at least u can see your mistake&are prepared 2 give it another go im off 3wks&iv been close 2 relapse on a few occasions,but the good words from folk on here&my meth. kept me clean.keep at it all the best ....davey
