ive come down from 10 bags daily to 50 ml methadone and now im on 5ml.....oh my god u cant really put it into words except if you've been there u'll just know..
redaing a brilliant book "free from addiction" read it if u need that extra helpto figure out why??
i just want this over, but having a really good councillor helps..
im learning so much about myself now im awake!!!

No offence- but this is your 3 or 4th post - are you looking to Give Advise?? or did you post looking to receive some advise.
Most of us have been heroin addicts a long time and have a lot to offer, but we also are humble enough to listen to a sincere story, and if someone can offer some advise to us we are always open to some. What exactly are you trying to get across here.?

Sally by all means come back to post on the board,but just next time calm yerself and tell us a bit about yer history with drugs,from then you will get proper help by interacting with the good folks here.This forum has helped me laugh and cry again,after years of the hell of f/t heroin addiction.All the best to yerself..................Davey
