Missed you all - the support, the dail contact etc. The net cafe's over there are a rip off.. I'm tempted to go to Spain for a few months (4 -6), wot u think?

How are ya ,girl ?..not the best by the sounds of it,i gave you a post after yours last night.i can really sympathize with the head wreckin,dog chasing its own tail ..will i wont i feeling.it can really consume you ,all you think is gear,gear&the relief it will temporarily bring,coz yer going thru one of the worst periods of post addiction.youve done the rattle,but now its the staying off&trying to move on thats a real b****.As i said on the other post you must be 6wks. clean by now,so thats something.hows Kev?with the whole situation.Have you thought of trying to get on a programme,maybe something down the country.Although Spain sounds nice,i presume its the fact that its so handy to score up in our lovely Dublin,thats also a mind bender,thats why i moved down here,but its all over the place now.Anyway just try to think why you gave it up in the first place,coz i know you may not feel it but you have come a long way.Will be about ....all the best Lou ....Davey
