Happy 4th of July to all in the U.S. and a big hello to everyone else! I'm going through it with the older guy and my youngest daughter again. However, the good news is she is coming up on six months sober (as far as I know)...but I'm going to take a break from it now, I've taken action and done the footwork now it is up to law enforcement to handle the rest. Also, it has only taken me a couple of weeks to move through the emotions and put my program to work, as compared to last year. Otherwise gonna vacation a little during this long weekend and I'll check in when I can. Thank you to all who have sent me email messages, I do appreciate it.
Hey VWGirl. It's been a while--sorry about the drama. Sometimes you have to let them crawl out from under the shroud to see just how the Big Wide World actually is--and pray that you've given them the tools to survive. And be there for them without saying, "I told you so," when they fall.
