Hey Jeff

I was just wondering how your surgery went.
Hope all is well. How long does the healing take?

Is everything back to normal at home now?

Love, Jean
Hey:

Just saw your answer on your thread to the Mods - hope you feel better soon.

An NYPD ofider or detective? - have you had to drop your pants?

All of the guys on NYPD Blue on TV do - send a picture - haha

Just in case you mised on other thread:

Hey Jeff: Good to hear from you,

Posting on 2 threads so you will see.

Just saw your question. I'm making an appt w/Ortho Surgeon MON - just thought as I was proofing that it's Sat.
He told me not to come back until I was ready for replacement - no more scoping is going to help me - told my brother the same. I have woke up 5 out of the last 7 nights and for som reason, can't nap during the day.
knee - odd, one night the explosion was in my right knee, the good one!
I pomise I will get them both done and over with if they would do - They wanted to do both knees on (about 80 plus) yr old woman at place where I worked for so long. She had to take care of her husband so wouldn't do both knees. I have told you how I hate dreading things. They can't do surgery on my lower back - deterioation - so if it flares up, just live with it - can't live with this knee pain and I shouldn't have to b/c it can be fixed.

Of couse I want to get as much as I can done now and have it done 2 days after Christmas. I'm not big partier, but don't want to be a lump even though I would be a painles hump. What would you do about pain pills? I know they have really made it easier.Ortho Surgeon was on the list of DRS I called to tell I was an addict so he may not give me anything.

Oh. a tip, this worked before on my knee surgeries. My boss told me about it - she figured it out after her bunion surgeries.
A rolling office chair, mosly on harwood or kichen floor - but works on carpet, too. You don't feel so helpless even though I think I have read they want you walking after knee replacement, but just in case. She said she even cooked in her chair. Staying home is not what it's cracked up to be.

I read about you on another thread. Are you okay now or how long 'til you are back to swet self - you know what I mean - after surger - not that you aren't sweet now.
I hate to even ask you this questio but what will next surgery be? Makes me feel bad that I'm complaining anout my knees. Also, I read wher you turned down more steriods, good for yo but I know yo're tough but can you candle it - you have a lot of pain. Don't try to be too tough!!!I cannot even pronounce what all is wrong with you.

Are hey lettying you do desk duty? I bet you hate that.
Stil gotta drop your pants - You are an NYBD (Blue) haha
Jimmy Spitz did it - I know I killed that spelling hha - your wife, I'm sue doesn't think that's part of the job.

Thanks for asking. Please let me know how you
Saturday, making no appts today - when you have had a wek of so little sleep like this, the day I paid bills, I coudn't figure out of it was 2005 or 2006 - that is bad. I hope my bills and checks went to te right places.

Love, Jean
