When I started cleaning up, they told me to take one day at a time. One day at a time! Geesh! A day was an eternity. Heck an hour is an eternity when time is standing still.. A minute at a time, now that was more like it.

You do what you have to do to stay clean.

Don't give anyone the satisfaction of seeing your pick up again.

Hi Red, I have no idea what you said in your post but from your title I see you made ninety hours. Good for you! When I was first getting clean somebody told me to take it a minute at a time if I had to......and I did. You are another miracle here. It's so nice to see them. Love, Kat
