Hey Silent Partner- U mention Quinine for cramps? Is that a tablet like a vitamin? Should I check the Health food shops or ? I am always up for natural stuff, (i.e relatively cheap stuff, stuff you dont need a scrip for, as all docs are minions of Satan,to me anyway) Didn't folks take it for Malaria in the Brit. Empire days?
you need a script in Australia, dont know about anywhere else. 300 mg twice a day, but there is recent evidence that the risks of taking quinine are not worth the benefit.
