Good morning all
I went out last night. Had a great time, even hooked up with a girl!
Problem is that i fell asleep at 3 am. Well my dad is making me go to the airport with him to geet relatives. Im soo pissed on my day off i have to get up and have another 4 hour sleep night!
Oh well today is day 18

Acceptance is the answer to all my problems today. Instead of complaining about only getting 4 hours sleep, why not be grateful you GOT four hours. Attitude has a lot to do with it. So does gratitude. When I accepted the fact that I wouldn't be sleeping for a while and picked up a good novel instead of worrying over it, my life became much better. I got four hours sleep last night too thanks to my dogs but so what? I'll rest tonight. Life goes on no matter how we try to manipulate it. Hang in there. You're right where you're supposed to be. It gets better, honest.

Its your program. but I would lay low with the woman. Your on a pink cloud right now. Happy for your 18 days. I am not saying to become a monk but at least get some quality sobriety under your belt.
Just a suggestion I would get into a routine of coming home exercising daily and work on getting my sleep patterns back.
Where did you meet this woman? Are you taking the serequel?

1. I must exercise 4 miles before bed at night
2. serequal, im taking 75 mgs can i try 100? I do not feel like a zombie anymore during the day
3. Im going to be very busy today. I have to go to the mall, the post office, help a friend clear out a fish tank

Regarding the serequel what did your doctor tell you. If 75 does the trick why go higher. It has side effects.

Ok cool. Well ill try the 75 tonight and just see. I do feel better today Jeff. I know its only day 18, but compared to last weekend, its better
I think maybe i wont count days anymore, maybe weeks. Its hard to notice a difference day to day. But week to week is different

It was just a kiss. We were talking all night and it just kind of happened. I got her cell number but i dont think i will call lol. I need to fix me first then I can enjoy. Im doing good though guys. What a difference from last weekend. Amazing
