i posted down a ways but I also want to say that all of your stories are inspiring but still very scary. Isn't life the pits sometimes? For me it's always one thing or another I'm battling. I'm sick with lupus and haven't been able to work for a few years. My ex took my child from me and then a few years later dumped her on the plane and sent her back to me when she was 9. I just survive on a day to day basis and just didn't need this new drug problem. After I get off, I'll be in dire pain all over my body again. I guess my life is to suffer. Sorry for rambling on.
You know when you get off the drug problem your body will probably feel less pain and so will you. When you and your body get addicted to pain meds, after a period of time and abuse, the pain meds actually create more pain for you! It's a fact!!
So if you manage to get off the drugs, you should find the pain to be alot less and alot more manageable. I know it sure was for me and a few others on here that I had been reading up on.
So it's not the end of the world. You won't die from pain. Get off the pity pot, get off the drugs and get your life back. I'm sure it will be alot more manageable then you think.
