I don't know if you remember me, but I used to be on here alot. Blew almost five months off pills. Really effed up. Thought I could handle things, now I'm back to square one. Anyway, I hope you and your daughter are well, I've thought about the two of you while I was away and wishing you the best.

Hello Briar...course i remember.....sorry to hear ya slippped up ..but as ya know it happens to us all...at least ya back to being prepared to start again....good luck ya can make it ..i know so....Im doin very good....clean,fit n healthy i cannot complain in the slightest...im still on my methadone programme but to me thats a fact of life and im cool with it....but i dont even have the odd drink so ive kinda gone full circle.....Sian is great also ...started horseriding lessons and omg ...will be 10 in Oct....gotta run ..all the best to you ...im rooting fotr ya ..you know you can do this .....chat soon love n respect ...Davey...
