Just wanted to pop in and say HI........
My puter died on me, so have not been around. Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. I am STILL full and it is the next day.
I have been thinking about going shopping, but afraid to be around the krazi shoppers, I really do want to keep my head on my shoulders. And then the traffic will be insane.

Tx for the asking............I am doing much better these days..back to work and actually sleeping.. well for the most part.. This was a really werid thanksgiving for me. My older son was not here for the first time. He will be coming home for xmas though so that will be nice. I didn't even cook a turkey this year. Figured it is time to start a new tradition since it was just the 3 of us. So we did prime rib and movies all day..Nice and relaxing I felt bad, didn't even get dressed for the day.but hey to be alive is thanks enough....
I had to go in for a toradol shot last monday. normally I would get a toradol and demeral shot, but the doc saw my chart and stayed away from the demeral. The pain is there, and the thought of making a phone call for some pills is so tempting, but not gonna do it....just taking it easy so I can stay away from flare ups...walking and riding my bike seem to be halping also..

oh and as for the gaba.. Nope I am down to just vit. b12 and vit c now...at night I am taking valerium, and aleve when needed....
I had a great day. I awoke on the right side of the grass and my day only got better from there.
