not been posting hand poorly but need advice
Man turkeying any advice on the hot and cold sweats. May have to kill him if he keeps me awake again.

Alrite Jaz....sorry bout yer wrist sounds ouch!!.....ii can only speak for meself....hot baths should for a while keep the sweats at bay.....also get him drinking some green tea....coz its a antioxident.....so will flush any bad stuff outta his system.....and its generally good for ya.Hope he gets over his rough patch....if not its the couch for him LOL......alll the best J.........Davey

Sorry about your wrist, hope it gets better soon !!...as for the sweats.. think the couch is the best answer... im sure my spouse would agree too..lol...best I can offer is to wear as little as possible to bed and keep the blankets ready...Im going through the same thing at the moment, not the rattles, but having the sweats...think its a methadone side effect...sweat like a crazy person , but i dont get the shivers though...just the sweats....drives my wife nutty too at night, blankets on, blankets off...keep a big bottle of water or like Eck said, green tea beside the bed, or couch, and lots of blankets when he starts to get the shivers...little as possible when he sweats...hang in there Jazwan...shouldnt be too long...hugs

He went 3 weeks then relapsed as is the way. Back on the no gear wagon and sweats and shivers.
