does anyone know how bad withdrawl will be off 1 mg methadone? I just took 2mg decrease from 5mg, which was stupid cause now I feel rotten. Achy as heck!! Any help would be great. Cant decide if I'm actually withdrawl or just sick. Ugh hate being an addict and trying to decide what real or just my addict brain kicking in

Why are you detoxing and after how long and how much? It's not a crime to be on methadone,especially if it has helped you to stop using opiates.
You shouldnt feel too bad at that low dose, sometimes its just your head talking thats making you crazy. Keep yourself(your mind) occupied it should help. If its not hot where you are take a warm bath or shower, and stay hydrated and eat.
