How Long Does Sub Stay In Your System??

i was wondering how long does suboxone take to leave your body?? the reason is , is that i have not taken any today and i feel fine. i just don't want to get my hopes up and the 2=3 days from now i start w/ds. this would have been my 9 days on it but i did not feel bad today so i did not take any. i have read to much on how addictive sub is so i am at today i feel good. i was just wodering if anyone knows anything about this or have gone through it. please let me know'

Nat, it has a mean half life of 37 hours, which means if you took 6mg 37 hours later you would have 3mg left and 37 hours later you would have 1.5mg and so on.
keep in mind its a mean half life, for some people it may be shorter and some it may be a bit longer, it depends on how your body metabolizes.

Thanks John, so do you think that i still will go through w'd?? if so do you know how bad it will be?? i don't mean to sound like a whining baby i jsut would like to know and to be prepared. thanks for answering.

You shouldnt have any sub withdrawals. How you feel depends on what your drug was and how long you were on it. I still had some fatigue and depression that I felt for a while after I quit sub but that was from abusing percs for 3 years.

I've been on sub for 3 months and have been off for 2 days now..... I don't feel any withdrawal effects either (though I'm not ruling out the possibility until day 5 is through)......

You should be fine.... One thing I do know is that by dwelling on it and constantly having anxiety about "Is this a withdrawal symptom?" or not, it will only make things worse......
