tried to go down from 20mil to 15mil of meth, and was feeling rough from 13:00 til 17:00 so a took 3 mil of meth, feel alright now, just got that crap at the back of my throat. HA HA hate that crap.
A ready do think every1 that this time I am on the road to recoverery and the girlfriend is to, a really think she is serious this time, a told her if she mentions gear again a will go mad. cause then it makes me want gear, even if she only says, will we go to dublin.
and once I get it into my head, it's so hard to get it out, and the best of it is, a don't think it's that good anymore, it more about going to dublin getting the foil ready, you know the thril of it all.

be careful when your drinking, one time during one of my cold turkey's I got a litre bottle of volka, and 3 big bottles of blue WKD as a mixer, and I had to down the stuff.
I tell you lou it was so funny if i stopped drinking for anymore than 15min i felt stone cold sober. it did pass a load of time, but I was still feeling alot of jumping of my arms and legs.
but my wee bro and my mate did not have a clue how ill I ready was, get the tunes going full boot and dance and jump around so if your body is going mad that will help.
The worst thing is the next morning I woke up at about 5 in the morn, feeling very rought, but it did past over 12 hours.

Sorry for laughing trooper mate, thats a good one, my mum always has the heating on full boot, but when I am sick, she is always to warm and me to cold, which is mad because my mum would were a big jacket in summer.

..Good to hear your starting from today..day 1 is the most imporant day to start your recovery..but each day is as important as the rest i suppose !!..i use to think that aswell that when i started my first few days gettin clean seeing ppl on here with months or years in clean time behind them and i would think to myself..i can,t wait to get to there stage of recovery..but time goes fast mate..i,ve got 6 months behind me now and i can,t believe how fast its gone..your be ok aslong as you stay strong girl..if you want it you will get it..but it depends how much you really want it..im a born and bred Londoner lou..i live in south west london not far from parliment in westminster..you sound as if your ok so enjoy ya evening and ya barcadi and coke.lol..good luck..Robbie..

rob those bleedin tower blocks were like a nightmare when i was a kid,thedossers used to sleep around them&for boys laughs we used to give em loads of verbal,until one day they really got pissed off and chased us half way to streatham also got me trainers nicked a couple of times when i ventured in.living s.west,i worked for many yrs just off the kings rd.[photo lab]near the townhall.cheers for all.//davey

yeh mate coincidence eh.was a cycle courier for years over there know it like the back of me hand as u do im sure.still got lots of mates mostly up stokey way.also have x drug mates who strangely enough would,nt put 50p into a phone box 2 call up ,how you getting on none of that.am goin over in august for a week,they wont be on the xmas list thats for sure.might go for a swift half if your up for it have a blather,still as you say early days but am lookin forward to it,being as i call it London Irish i sometimes really miss the ol,place.its like a goal for me the holiday,if i can see my non smack mates&say daveys clean.gotta go mate,bedtime story,think its little miss scarey tonight all the best ...davey might be on later
