Best wishes to you to......good luck with quiting smoking.....I was a Newport(cig) lover for MANY years and finally gave it up.....CORRECTION...I was forced to give up due to being locked up and the jail being smoke free(LOL).....after getting out I took advantage of the fact that the routine being broken. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been wondering where you went to. I hope all is well iwht you, and this finds you happy and healthy. Charley too. I'm on a neverending attempt to stop smoking. Most of my family and just about everyone I work with smokes so I end up being one of those hateful smokers who never owns them, just bums them. Anyway good luck with that. Show up more often. You're missed!

..Nice to see ya still around and things are ok with yas..lol @ darin..but some of the best ways to get rid of bad habits are the ways that are forced on ya..no better place to give up the cigs than in jail..cos being banged up in a cell without a cig is mental torture in itself for sure..lol @ you aswell beck..i know your kind..lol only jokin love :-D..but a good money saver that way huh :-D..yeh me and the young chap are doing real well thxs..but nuffin much has changed since i last posted to ya..just getting on with each day as it comes..but i will drop in ere a bit more now..sumtimes its good to just take a break from a routine..which i was routinely coming in ere everyday and staying on ere for ages reading and posting..so its good to break the habit so to speak..well i'll catch up with you both soon..have a good sunday over your sides..talk soon..Robbie..

..Long time since we've spoke..good to hear from ya..well i ain't giving the cigs up altogether..but cut down quite a lot..just can't get off that last few..down to around 5 a day..maybe a couple more if chelsea have lost lol..but good luck to you also in quitting..its good that ya partner has quit..he can give ya sum support im sure..well apart from that..hope all is well with ya..chat soon for sure..take care..Robbie..

Robbie alright my mate..sounds like things are goin o.k for ya...fairplay for trying to knock the cigs on the head.Hope young Charley is being good&everything is fine in that respect.Me ive had the mutha of all flus have had it bout a mnth.&im just bout now getting back to normal&as a smoker did i ask for penance...oh many cough filled nights..but stupid me im still puffing the odd one..they are tough really ...good luck
