Jazzy, good attitude. I took them after my dental work, it was way too much pain to deal with. But after a day or two, it wasn't needed anymore.
I think that you should really work with the motrin, and make sure you be honest with yourself. Not the addict...lol. The one who went to treatment to get away from the pills...remember that.

Dear Jasmine...I'm so sorry about your back I just read it.Oh my gosh are we kinder spirits?I had that done when I was with my X(over12yrs ago)The worst part is there really isn't they can do for that.I do remember the pain(tears in my eyes)Even now when the weather turns cold or rainy I get pain that feels like a little man in my back bone with a hammer.Is there anything I can do for you?I know it must really hurt but PLEASE try not to use(easy for me to say huh?)I'll be on the board a bit then I have a bunch of shopping to do but I WILL get ahold of you.....mollyjean

Mitzi..didn't this happen to you once before? How did you handle it last time? What did and didn't work? Danny and Kerry are right (smart cookies in my book), Motrin in absolutly the best course of action. It works so well.
Danny...asprin is bad for you unless your taking a small amount for heart related stuff. I took so much of it one time while on a 222 binge that my ears started ringing. Now if I take any kind of asprin product, my stomach hurts and my ears ring.

I think the 222 refers to a Canadian aspirin & codeine product. As for who is Mitzy, you may not want to go there -- if you're really interested, do a name search in the pill forum below. It goes back to last Spring -- I've rarely seen so many locked / closed threads in the span of a few weeks. Sure hope this Board doesn't have to go there again. M.

Jazzy, Sorry to hear about you tail bone. That must be really painful. I hope the motrin will do the trick. So you never said what the doctor wrote you for pain? You said he offered Oxy's or Norco's and you weren't sure which one? Hopefully which ever one he wrote you you won't take. I know how easy it is to get sucked back into the whole routine. Good job, Jasmine, using motrin. I'm so glad it's helping! I also used one of the tricks from having your first baby. I rolled a towel, then pinned it in a donut shape, and sat in the center to take the pressure off of the hurt area. Good luck and take care!

Listen I don't know you and I know I'm new here but can't we please stop bringing up old news.I don't know what the problem is but aren't we all comming here for help and support.Most of the people here are so nice and I don't understand why it gets all dramaed out.Lord knows as addicts we probaly all have enough drama to start our own TV show.Sorry for sounding off but I just don't understand....mollyjean
